How we use activity data

We record the content you view, image viewing time, video playback time and progress, and actions such as signup, preview clicks, pricing views, plan choices, Pay clicks, Discord clicks, code submissions and content unlocks to improve TemptHub.

For the interactive portrait, we also record whether it loads, the gesture type and predefined portrait region and reaction selected, reaction playback time and completion, performance errors, and how you return to browsing. We do not record raw touch coordinates, screen recordings, camera input or free-form interaction text. These interaction details stay on our application server and are not sent to external analytics.

While signed out, activity is associated with a random browser identifier. When you register or sign in, activity from that visit is associated with your account. We also store campaign tags, the referring website name, device category and browser type. To diagnose media delivery, we temporarily retain load timing, transfer size, connection class, browser-reported timezone, playback buffering and server file-delivery results for up to 14 days. We do not store an IP address or full user-agent string in these diagnostics.

Records are stored on our application server and are available only to authorized administrators. External analytics delivery is currently disabled. Passwords are hashed; passwords and access codes are never included in activity records. No card details are requested or stored.

Activity records are currently retained for product analysis. To request access to or deletion of your account and activity data, or to stop future external analytics delivery, contact josh@tempthub.com.
